Our tumbling coaches are certified in all levels from beginners-advanced.
We offer recreational tumbling classes for athletes levels 1-6, private lessons individualized to your athletes skillset, team tumbling classes, and open gym.

Recreational Tumbling Classes
Looking to level up your tumbling skills? Militia Athletics offers 4-week recreational tumbling classes designed to help athletes of all levels progress with confidence. Each athlete receives personalized instruction in a small group setting, ensuring focused attention and support to help them succeed. In addition to hands-on coaching, every athlete is given individualized stretches and workouts tailored to their unique goals—empowering them to improve both in and out of class. Whether you're just starting out or refining advanced skills, our program is built to help you succeed.
